What does this mean? If you care about the health of your teams, you have to consider the effect your words, emotions, mannerisms, and actions will have on your subordinates. Before you speak, write, or act, you must consider whether you are being consistent with your stated goals and if you are building, enhancing, or destroying the kind of culture you wish to create and maintain.
