Boss ignores me.
I am not sure if I shoould talk to my boss about how I feel. I think that my boss does not like and respect me. Everytime that I see her, she will say hi and nothing else. She never checks to seee how I am doing and she is suppose to be my mentor at work. I am not sure if i shold talk to her or just ignore it. I feel constanly sick to my stomack when I think of her.
